IT would be nice to have an email site that the members can email problems or questions to someone when there is an issue/issues. I have been trying to connect to 360 for three months and all I get is connecting and nothing else. The site will not connect, and I just found this site after 3 months of searching for help. This would be a good start, and judging from the other emails of member, many people are having problems, including some friends of mine that use 360. No body knew who to contact or how to contact, the site needs improvement.
