Does anyone have an international number for the 360 gangsters? I cant even get on to their website from Germany now! Any advice appreciated, I had the same thing it worked for a few months and now zilch.

| I just read this thread and it dawned on me that I actually did the Java update tonight! I went into add/remove programs, and saw the original java 5.0 update 1 (J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 1), and also saw Update 2 and Update 3. I uninstalled Update 3 first and restarted with no luck. So I went back in and uninstalled Update 2. Without a restart (XP Home) I was able to open the program and link up like before. Hope this works for everyone else. If it wasn't for this thread I'd still be inventing new cuss words. Thanks.

| If none of this works, there's always "Frostwire". I found that it is exactly like 360. Visually, the only diffrence is the color scheme.

| I just had the same problem as the rest of you thanks to telus trlling me to use java 6 update 1. So I did a restore and found out that java 6 update 3 works fine without doing anything else to firewalls or security. Thoe when I phone them about the slow and wrongly named movies she told me to go to www.torrentz.com for good movies and downloads. Hope this helps Mark from BC Canada

| Hey i have had 360 share pro for nearly a year now but when i go to click on the desk top icon it will ot open it . I have went to the web page but no advice is there i also tried to log in to the members area and it says my membership has expired but when i joined its a lifetime membership. This happened onmce before but it got sorted through the site letting members reinstall tho this time there isnt any advice so what shall i do or any help will be great cheers folks

When I downloaded the 360Share program I could not connect since day 1. I just noticed today that every time I double clicked on the 360Share Icon it was only bringing up the 360Share program and not 360SharePro, so I performed the following steps: - I went to my “C:” drive and double clicked on my Program Files folder
- I double clicked on the 360SharePro
- I double clicked on the Gui Folder
- I then double clicked on the 360SharePro.exe
To my surprise I’m currently up and running. It has been 2 months and I tried so many options and nothing would work and I thought about re-installing the software, but I did not want to repay for the program again. I think because I have the 360Share and 360SharePro on my system, my system may be executing the wrong program. I’m not sure if this will help anyone, but it is worth a try. GOD Bless!

Turn off your firewall and it should work. It did for me. I use norton's firewall
360share pro will work if you turn OFF your firewall. I use Norton. You must do this each time you use 360. It work for me after trying to connect for two days.

| I couldnt get 360 to work either but then I deleted the java program on my computer and let 360 install its own java and its works great for me. Hope this helps !
